PHoPS 7th Annual Pub Crawl &
Poker Run Charity Event !

Date: Saturday, May 6, 2017
Time: Sign-In and On-Site Registration opens at 12 pm. We will begin at 1 pm and end at approximately 6 pm.
Places: Tacoma, WA – (listed in no particular order).
- Harmon Brewing Company Restaurant is located at 1938 Pacific Ave. Tacoma WA 98402. Phone 253-383-2739. This is where we will begin and end the pub crawl.
- Odd Otter Brewing Company is located at 716 Pacific Ave, Tacoma, WA 98402. Phone 253-327-1680.

Info: This is a 21 and over event. ID’s will be checked. We will be using Tacoma Link Light Rail on Pacific Avenue to get around during some of the crawl.
Details: This will serve as the official Saltshaker (Social) Saturday event for May for our club.
Registration: Pub Crawl Registration will take place on the day of the event during sign-in starting at 12 noon. This event is open to all (over 21) people; club members, friends, family members and non-club members, until we reach 100 registrants. You must register to join us. The event has sold out in the past so come early to secure your spot!
Cost: $20 per person. We also ask that you bring items to support FISH Food Bank (see charity link below). You may also give additional support to PHoPS (see charity link below).
Poker Run Info: The $20 cost is your entry fee for the Poker Run. You will draw one card at each stop, for a total of five. Additional cards are available for $5 each. Prizes will be awarded based on completed poker hands. Details will be provided at the event.
Hotel: You are on your own for lodging, however… We have a negotiated special rate at a nearby hotel. The Hotel Murano is just a block off our crawl route. They currently have a web special of $99 if you pre-pay, limited availability. Or you can get 15% off their regular rate by using their special link: Hotel Murano Discount. The room prices will increase as the event gets closer, so the sooner the better.
Taxi: Many options are available in the area. You are on your own for rides. Please don’t drink and drive.
Charities: This year, our event will support two charities. One will be our own club, The Parrot Heads of Puget Sound, so that we may be able to continue to support our other charitable ventures. The other is the FISH Food Banks of Tacoma. They are a local organization with the Guiding Mission, “To provide nutritious food to people in need with compassion, dignity and respect.”
