Monthly Meetings

We have a general membership club meeting (and sometimes a social hour) once per month. These are officially called “Board of Directors Meetings”. Everyone is invited to attend and participate.
Twice yearly, in February and September, we change things up and have a “Business Meeting” (official name), where we take care of the larger decisions for and about the club. We try to combine this meeting with a social gathering. The Business meetings usually take place on a weekend. We try to schedule this meeting at a venue that has food, drinks, and sometime entertainment.
Since our club covers such a vast geographic area, and we want to give as many members as possible the opportunity to attend, we try to have in-person meetings at central locations as much as possible.
We have virtual meetings using ‘Zoom’ when meeting in person is not possible. Details for virtual meeting will be emailed to members and will be available on our club calendar.
