All club members, friends, and family are welcome to attend.
Live Music: Left Turn on Blue - a 10-piece band rockin’ the greatest hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s.
Details: We will be collecting toys (bring unwrapped toys/gifts or gift cards – and please don’t forget about the older kids!) And we’ll be raising money for charity… we will have a 50/50 Raffle, our infamous “Heads or Tails” game, and a Silent Auction as we “Party With A Purpose”. (Remember to bring some cash!) We’ll also have our traditional tropical ornament exchange for those who wish to participate.
Charities: The toy drive is going to benefit the Forgotten Children’s Fund, and the other fundraising activities will benefit the Elks Therapy Program for Children.
Cost: Free for PHoPS members. Non-member charge is $20, but that fee also covers your PHoPS membership for 2026!
Food: Pasta Dinner Buffet (just like last year). You must RSVP to reserve your place at the buffet table! *
Lodging: The Burien Elks Lodge is 4.2 miles from SEA. The airport is surrounded by hotels representing every chain. Instead of us finding a block of rooms at a single hotel, we recommend you booking the hotel of your choice.
Please: Don’t forget to wear your PHoPS Member Badge!
Note: This is an adults only 21+ event.
Volunteer: When you RSVP, you’ll have the option of helping us out at the party! We’ve got many different opportunities! It’s all on the RSVP form. To donate prizes, contact our club president via our Contact Us page.
Parking: There is a large parking lot and street parking nearby.

The RSVP is now closed. It was for the free pasta dinner... If you've missed the deadline, you can still attend the event. But the dinner option is unavailable.
* Non-members may still pay the cover charge at the door to attend the event if you miss the RSVP deadline, however you will not be able to partake in the buffet dinner. Membership for next year will still be included.
Current members who miss the RSVP are welcome with no cover charge, but you will not be able to partake in the buffet dinner.
