The Parrot Heads of Puget Sound Parrot Head Club (PHoPS) is a sanctioned chapter of Parrot Heads in Paradise, Inc. (PHIP).

The use of the names “Parrot Heads of Puget Sound,” “PHoPS,” or “Webfoot Children in the Rain” is reserved for club use only and given only by permission.

The Parrot Heads of Puget Sound (PHoPS) are proud to Party with a Purpose!
